School Readiness and/or Voluntary Prekindergarten Statewide Provider Contracts

Attention School Readiness and/or VPK Providers!

This SR/VPK Contract year, 2017-2018, all providers will be required to complete and submit contracts and supporting documents through the online PROVIDER PORTAL for both School Readiness and VPK. 

All providers will need to have their accounts activated and the provider profile submitted in the Provider Portalbefore we can initiate the 2017-18 SR and/or VPK STATEWIDE PROVIDER CONTRACTS. 


Please download the OEL Provider Services Portal User Guide, follow the step by step directions within the document to register and to navigate through the process. 

2017-18 School Readiness Contracts must be submitted, reviewed and certified online by June 9, 2017.

VPK Providers:

If you are electing to receive VPK advanced payments for the 2017-18 Fall VPK year, the due date for online completion is June 16, 2017.    

We are offering appointments to utilize computers and scanners in our resource room located here at the ELC.  Please call 941-757-2900 x 270 to schedule an appointment.
